Berry, as he is affectionally known, has taken to his second career well.  Spunky and forward moving Berry is not suited for a beginner.
He is looking for someone to work with him often, and to constantly give him new things to think about.
Games Pony???  Berry competed at our August Games Day and did very well, finishing first overall in his division, 
he competed in the open division.  Endurance Riding???  Berry goes all day and still has energy to burn.  Pony Club??? Berry's barn manners are impeccable, after being a racehorse he has seen and done it all...washracks, clippers, bandages, trucks, trailers, equipment and machinery are everyday occurances for him.

Smaller in stature, Berry will be best suited for a petite adult or a younger rider.  Berry is also very good being driven.

Walk, trot, canter, flying lead changes.  Berry is a very capable horse who needs alot of attention and a high work load to keep him occupied.  Berry stands at 14.1hh so could be shown in Pony classes. 

Berry had been adopted to a home where he was being taught to jump, unfortunately due to an illness the family who had taken him needed to bring him back into the program.
